I have been using the Sony Alpha a77 since the day it was released. I love the camera, and each firmware update has fixed some bugs and made it faster. It is currently June 15'th 2012 and the a77 has firmware version 1.05 installed.

Here is my wishlist for what i would like to see in the next major a77 firmware update.

Video:
ISO higher then 1600
no cropping
hardware steady shot
better iso - pixel binning
the a77 can do 1080 @ 60fps. I would LOVE to see the ability to do 720 @ 120fps or 480p at 240 fps
Disabling the video button - make it the shutter button
4K in video...(might be possible....pixels enough.) - just dreaming

Pictures:
manual light meeter - make it -5/+5 -- DON'T Shrink it.
bracketing - more options. Lets us set options. 3/5/7/9 shots, at +-.5/1/1.5/2/3 stops
bracketing - self time to shoot all shots
bracketing - change the color/shape/size of the 0ev exposure so i can identify it
Overall faster operation.
more RAW Iso improvments
Allow us to customize the sony remote's buttons.
tethering
focus point color, so we can see them when the object is black
let us comtomize the "?" button
display the last shot on the rear screen when removing the eye from the viewfinder
return the steady shot shake indicator to the EVF
faster switch between evf/lcd screen
Choice of multiple resolutions in RAW
Raw pixel binning - 12mp with much better ISO
control flash groups -- adjust power/flash compensation for each group/channel individually
