For the recipe and more information go to http://www.thatsvegetarian.com This is a quick and easy cream of tomato soup yet very yummy. It will go great with a salad, grilled cheese, ciabatta bread, or just by itself.

A classic, complementary match for tomato soup is a light and crisp white such as a Sauvignon Blanc or Albarino. For an interesting contrast to the acid of the tomatoes, that also won't overpower the soup, you can try a light fragrant white such as a Pinot Gris, or fuller-bodied Viognier. If you want to go red, think light and low tannins. Grenache or Merlot are nice choices, or Italian reds such as a Chianti or Barbera d'Alba.~Sherrie Smith, Oenophile
