Nitric Oxide is a molecule that our body produces to help trillions of cells communicate with each other by transmitting signals throughout the entire body.

There are several ways Nitric Oxide helps the body: helps memory and behavior by transmitting information between nerve cells in the brain; assists the immune system at fighting off bacteria and defending against tumors; regulates blood pressure by dilating arteries.

Arginine and citrulline help to support blood flow and oxygen to the skeletal muscle and help to facilitate the removal of exercise-induce lactic acid build up. As you exercise, levels of arginine deplete and the entire arginine-nitric oxide-citrulline loop lose efficiency causing less than ideal levels of oxide.

Benefits of Nitric Oxide include: blood circulation by increasing the diameter of blood vessels and prevents the formation of clots; immune system by releasing nitric oxide from cells in our body to fight off bacteria and virus; endurance levels by increasing muscle cells, enabling you to lift heavier and perform strenuous activities; increase alertness by nitric oxide being present in the body and the communication between nerve cells is faster, leading to quick responses and an increase in focus and vigilance; and muscle mass by nitric oxide widening blood vessels that lead to skeletal muscles allowing for both blood flow and an increase in lean muscle mass.

Overall the amount of essential nutrients present in nitric oxide can be beneficial for everyone. Whatever health problems you may be suffering from or whether you're to increase your overall well-being, there is a good chance nitric oxide can help you.
