What is Bokashi? In this talk, Tindall Ouverson will tell you how this unique fermentation composting process deals with household food waste.

Tindall Ouverson is a Sustainability Science major who has worked extensively with Furman's compost program at the Shi Center for Sustainability since her freshman year. She hopes to spread her passion for compost to others far beyond the raised beds of the Furman Farm.

This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx
