Recently, on one of our deep web searches lead us to a Google document that shared a number of people's experiences with T-D-C-S, transcranial direct current stimulation. As it turns out, people have been zapping their heads for years using various D-I-Y methods, in an attempt to expand their brain power. Digging further lead us to the Wright State Research Institute in Dayton Ohio, which has been recently advancing research on T-D-C-S. Researchers there have been studying the effects of electricity on the brain, using an electrical current in hopes of improving performance, in tasks such learning, healing, even flying drones and other military uses. This is a long way from the Frankenstein practices of psychiatrists in the 40s and 50s. So we decided to send a couple of guinea pigs to the Wright State Research Institute to get their brains zapped using T-D-C-S, trans-cranial direct current stimulation. Check out what happens.
