My first 2-ALL in ZG2 (and any Psikyo game) and also my definitive high score. I couldn't be more happy with this and have no plans on trying further improvements at all.

Some notes on the 2nd loop:

Very good execution in the first four stages. I almost lost the overview at a few parts within the stages, but I can't complain overall. Died at the plane in Marine Base (6:05).

The spider mecha boss in 2-5 (11:30) is one of the hardest parts in the game. I kind of managed to avoid the suicide bullets when he first shoots out the drones. His berserk circling attack on the other hand is still awful. My strategy from the 1st loop to avoid this attack doesn't work here anymore. For this run I don't know if it was luck or good reaction that saved my ass. Probably a combination of both.

Almost died at 12:07 because of destroying the right plane from below a little bit late.

The 2-6 boss is the best part in the game if you ask me. It is very hard at first, but once you've learned everything, have special attacks in stock and use them right, it becomes much easier. At 13:41 I made a rotation mistake and thus shot the popcorn helicopters later than planned. Their suicide bullets could have gotten in my way if they had taken another path, but I was lucky there. Still died a few seconds later.

I struggled a lot at the laser part (14:55) in previous runs. With some trial & error practice, one special attack and not shooting at the right times, it is managable though.

The mecha boss fight (15:23)... I just love it. Also hated it in the 2nd loop. It is absolutely critical to destroy him before his quadruple spreadshot attack. At least I have no recipe for this one. Some bullets in this boss fight look like they almost hit me, but the corners I used are still safe spots, just not so obvious like in the 1st loop anymore.

I still don't understand how I lost no lives in stage 2-7. Very lucky at the beginning (16:02) and the part with enemies on every side of the screen (17:04). Thank god for this slowdown.

The boss has some critical parts. The first core (18:03) is the most managable one, but I didn't risk anything and speedkilled it. The second core (18:31), holy shit... Another combination of good reactions and luck. Barely survived it. I was sure about dying on the last core (19:30) because I had no special attacks left. I made it somehow, but wouldn't have survived it much longer.

The last boss is rather easy. If you don't destroy any of the orbs, you will be fine. The rocks and laser are the only dangerous things here. The second rock attack barely got me (20:48). I wanted to destroy one rock and then escape below the boss, but totally underestimated the amount of health from the rock. The rest was retarded, but lucky.
