"Open Mic Night After The Apocalypse" is a first time music festival that will take place in Slab City next to the Salton Sea. Slab City features a strangely beautiful stage created by salvaged materials and two abandoned buses named "The Range". The Range will host this unique experience where six emerging LA-based bands will journey out to the desert with their music and their fans following close behind to play a historic show. Manhattan Murder Mystery, Stab City, Seasons, The Mo-Odds, Mama's Joy and Paul Prado Animal Raps will perform to this weird cauldron of Slabbers, scenesters, travelers, mystics and music lovers. The entire festival will be captured on camera for a feature film accurately titled "Open Mic Night After The Apocalypse".
