Hey Guys so I know there's going to be a lot of mixed feelings about this one but I want to make it clear that the purpose of this video is NOT to promote weight loss during pregnancy- rather a way to manage your weight gain in a way that is more effective and healthy for you and the baby and doesnt leave you feeling too bad about yourself in those first couple of hectic months as a new mum :) Defninitely feel free to comment/ message me with any stories you might have that are relevant to this topic that I might be able to discuss in later videos :) Hope you enjoy guys!
