On October 4, 2011 Libby Bombach and Judy Ternes taught the women of she Ministries how to grind our own whole wheat flour and bake fresh bread, cinnamon rolls, and focaccia. We learned the health benefits of grinding our own flour and baking bread with nuts and seeds and NO preservatives. Libby and Judy gave away cook books and taste testings of the various items they baked. Each woman attending the demonstration also received a taste of the bread with their choice of butter, Greek olive oil, and local honey along with Mediterranean olives to snack on!
