You're hooking your ankle around the bottom of your hoop mid-wedgie and it's all about timing! Different hoop sizes will require slightly different angles in your "stalling" leg. If you're catching the wedgie with your right foot like I am in this video, then turn your hips to the left when you stall the hoop (and vice versa if you're catching the hoop with your left foot). Make sure you have a strong flex in your ankle or the hoop won't stick. To release out of the wedgie stall, start to point your foot a little bit and the hoop will fall out and you can continue with your wedgie 😘
