(Starting Position)
- Sit down at the machine and adjust the knee pads to your height. Then, grab the bar using a wide overhand grip with your hands more than shoulder-width apart. If necessary, adjust the knee pads and then stand back up to grab the bar
- Hold the bar with your arms extended. Lean your torso slightly forward while keeping your back straight. This is the starting position.
(First Movement)
- Now, exhale as you pull the bar down behind your neck while bringing your elbows back.
(Second Movement)
- Hold the contraction for a moment, and then inhale as you slowly raise the bar to the starting position.
- Extend your arms and raise your shoulders until your lats feel fully stretched. Repeat these movements until you have completed all of your reps.
