Mr. Howard talks about his mothers death from colon cancer at the age of 56. He says, "This is personal. Please do all you can to stay around for yourself and your family. Screening saves lives."
The public service announcements featuring Mr. Howard were created by CDC's Screen for Life: National Colorectal Cancer Action Campaign in partnership with the National Colorectal Cancer Research Alliance, a program of the Entertainment Industry Foundation.
