The North Little Rock City Council voted on O10-69, an ordinance that will integrate green and/or sustainable building principles and practices into the design, construction, and operations of all City of NLR facilities of City of NLR- funded buildings and facilities. It also states that "Furthermore, the City of NLR shall provide leadership and guidance to encourage the application of green building practices in private sector development." The testimony given at the beginning of the video was to warn the council and future candidates that voters oppose any effort to lose freedoms and tax money to fight the lie of "man-made global warming". The City Council has been told before that man's carbon footprint is 3.27% of the Earth's Carbon.

In the second part of the video, O10-69 is read. Alderman Debbie Ross asks if the Ordinance will effect the private sector. A member of the Green Agenda claimed that O10-69 had nothing to do with the private sector. After the lie from the Green Agenda guy, the City of North Little Rock voted all yes to pass O10-69. There are 4 Aldermen up for election in Novemeber 2010.
