Dr. Mark Sircus discusses the benefits of glutathione and how to take it. Glutamine is the most important antioxidant of our body. The immune system can not function properly without it, and antioxidants such as vitamins C and E depend on it to function properly within the body.

Glutathione is another principle agent in my protocol. Can be taken orally, can be taken through suppositories, or through nebulization. There is a company that mixes glutathione with sodium bicarbonate in a capsule. You break open the capsule and put in the nebulizer. Start out with one capsule and maybe graduated to two with nebulization. This provides a very direct link, absorption, right into the blood, treats the lungs very effectively transdermally with the bicarbonate and the glutathione.
Glutathione suppositories - also are very effective to increase the glutathione levels which will increases the detoxification and help the chelation process of chemicals, heavy metals and radioactive particles. Orally it is a touch and go, you cannot take glutathione in a pure form, take it orally and not have it broken down into its components parts inside the stomach. There are strategies surrounding the glutathione and liposomes, which make it much more effective. My favorite way is the suppositories and the nebulization.
