We are graduate students and korean language classmates in Jakarta.
And we really really really want to win a gourmet trip to Seoul, Korea. ^ ^ Vote for us please!

Side notes about this video:

- For Nasi Kuning, you can use turmeric POWDER instead of a crushed real turmeric. It will be more practical.

- No special recipe for red rice, just mix red and white rice and then cook like a regular rice.

- We did NOT use the normal rice cake for patbingsu (Patbingsu Tteok), because we couldn't find any. So we use another kind of korean rice cake called Ggul Tteok (honey rice cake) and we think it worked too :)

- Koreans normally cut the egg omelette into stripes like the rest of the Kimbap fillings, but because Nasi Kuning goes SO GOOD together with eggs, we suggest using a whole layer of omelette :D

- Yes, the ingredients for Kimbap was served for sooooo many rolls.. We actually made 10 rolls, and another 10 in the next day LOL

We hope you enjoy this vid ^^
