Only the second week i've tried high rep dealifts, got 15 reps with this weight last week, so i was pretty chuffed to get 20 this week! Form was a litlle off, not enough leg drive, but my back stayed nice and straight. Felt SOLID though!! Aiming to get 200x20, it wont be easy, but expect a new vid soon!! (done without belt or and wraps, only chalk was used)
