Christmas in Spain is mainly celebrated on the 6th of January - the day when the three Kings arrive to see the baby Jesus. One of the things traditionally eaten on and around Kings Day is Roscón De Reyes (known in Latin America as Rosca De Reyes). The Roscón is a sweet, brioche-like bread, made in a ring to resemble a crown. Roscón De Reyes is usually decorated with candied fruit to represent jewels on the crown. Roscón De Reyes is not difficult to make, but like all bread, it does take some time.
