A Downfall film parody, set on Waiheke Island, New Zealand. It refers to a popular protest against a real estate development in a Waiheke Island bay (Wharetana). A prefab 'boatshed' (in reality a substantial two storey house and annexe) was deliverd by barge to the beach. The building site is beyond a public reservation where archaeological middens have been found. The planning process for construction has been disputed as misleading the local board in that the whole affair would have been 'minor'.
