An Open Video Letter to my good ole friend, the great Jerry Lewis.

Now, I can't really say, Jerry, that we're still friends. But, I hope in my heart that in spite of your terrible time when you came to London to be on my show, that you still remember me as someone who was able to not only make you laugh, but on more than one occasion, shared your tears.

I am publicly asking you to join forces with me and help The Laughter Foundation create Health Care for Comedians and The Comedy Museum. November 18th at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas, your home town! We've got a great show of all sorts of great comedians and I want you to be the topper! It's gonna be a really great and exciting show for a very worthy cause: Comedians.

I am going to be publicizing the event by pedaling my bicycle 305 miles from Los Angeles, through the Mojave Desert, to The Smith Center in Vegas for the big show. Please pencil this in, Jerry, and give The Laughter Foundation that one thing that we always need more of: Hope.

Thank you, Jerry Lewis.
You were my childhood hero and still remain a beacon of inspiration.

And to prove I really am crazy, there is nothing that I look forward to more, than the opportunity to work with you once again.

Stay well, my friend.
The Most Interesting Man in the World,
Steven Alan Green
