Dr. Brian Still, CEO of Grinbath, discusses augmented reality and eye tracking, and demonstrates EG - the world's first wireless eye tracking technology that offers real time control of objects on the screen and in the world around us.

Dr. Brian Still (brianstill@grinbath.com) is an assosiate professor at Texas Tech University and the CEO of Grinbath. Since 2011, Grinbath has been committed to making groundbreaking technologies, and EG, which debuts in 2012, is an extraordinary example of this. It is the first product to give wireless eye control to users. Play video games with your eyes. Control drones or other vehicles. Move robotic arms. Operate objects just by looking at them. What's more, EG allows you to see everything the users are seeing as they see it.

EG isn't science fiction; it isn't futuristic. It is the next step in augmenting reality through technology.

About TEDx, x = independently organized event.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. As a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidelines for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.*
