My Story :

In 2007 I was an active person but one day my friend showed me a game and I got addicted to it I was playing the game non stop I gained weight but I didn't care.Well as you know I played and played for a year 1 1/2 I became unfit and lazy until one day at school when they needed to check my health, they checked my weight it said I was over weight ! I didn't like the sound of it so I started doing cardio after 6 months i lost over 20 pounds and I started losing more and more until I became skinny ! This is when I started lifting weights why gain fat if I can start gaining muscle ! But you can't just go to the gym and lift weight without knowing what your doing so i started reading books articles and a lot more and bodybuilding.com helped as well.In November 2009 was when I started reading and understanding bodybuilding I lifted weight too but it didn't help much as i didn't have the information I needed.In March 2010 I had the information i needed and I started Lifting weights . I gained 10 Pounds and loved the feeling of it so I continued bodybuilding ! (Now its 2011 and I found your vids which is incredible motivating and I'm starting to learn more and more everyday thanx to you ! I'm even more consistent this year ! )

The pump feeling when you finish working out is great but whats even more great is the results !

When I gain weight and strength I feel motivated so i continue.What even makes me more motivated is when i see other skinny dudes gain weight and have a muscular physique !

I want to gain a lot of mass this year to be able to cut a see the finished product ! Another thing is I want to be more consistent this year.

I'm very happy to help, first you have to start small so cut out the fast food, fried food,fizzy drinks,candy,etc.Trying eating fruits as a snack rather than eating candy.Drink water 2-3 liters, it will do wonders! about the addiction, your gonna have to do the same thing, for example everyday rather than 4 hours make it 3 hours, rather than 7 times a week make it 6 times a week time by time you'll end up stopping completely ! ( once that happens, never touch any pc game, it's been years since I ever touched a game !) I was the same thing, I told myself I'll do it I'll do it, but never did ! What I did to lose a lot of weight was skipping rope ! (or jump rope) That simple ! You burn 500-1000 calories in 30-60 minutes ! I would do it inside my bedroom about 30-60 minutes 3-5 times a week. Each time I got a chance to be active I would take it for example when my bro plays soccer I would join him rather than sit on the computer! I ate 4-6 small meals, and I would add a few sets of ab exercises, such as crunches,sit ups,etc... Replace the bad food with good food, chicken rather than fried chicken, lean meat rather than fatty meat etc.. THAT'S HOW YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT ! If you want to gain weight then buy a adjustable dumbbell , adjustable barbell, and a bench. Go on luimarco's channel he has good info that will help you in weight training! If your overweight or obese I suggests you to start doing cardio, if your skinny that do weight training ! HOPE THAT HELPED :) !!! AND REMEMBER JUST DO IT !
