Crab Walk- Start by sitting on the ground with your legs extended in front of you, and your hands on the ground behind you (fingers pointed towards your feet). Lift your body up, so you're on all fours with your torso facing the ceiling. Walk around in this position, making sure to squeeze your glutes and not letting your bum sink to the floor.
