Battlezone Problem

Got the Vector's up on the scope after repairing the AVG circuit... Program Roms and Rams are OK.... Its not drawing all the graphics.. Tanks and objects missing, and the scaling messes up from time to time... look at the radar shriking and moving position !! - Think its an issue with the vector state machine, maybe the program counter or the 670 rams ? - Any ideas ?
