Made in Lowell, MA - 25. October 2009 ..... Heat the 1/4 Glass Olive Oel in the Pan with Plenty Cubed Onions ad Salca ( Tomato Paste)... After Few Minutes ad 2 Glass Bulgur (Cracked Wheat) and 2 Glasses Water...little bit Salt... Carefull.. Reduce the Heat after ading water in... Prepare in the Other Pan.. whatever you would like to ad in to the Bulgur Pilav.. i made it with Chicken Breast and Champignons..After Frying the Ingriedients just Mix with your Bulgur Pilav... and let it cook slowly for few minutes untill the Corns get thick nd the Water is gone.. Enjoy
