I have changed the recipe
1 marinated in Curd / Yogurt (which made salt while cooking ) 6 green Cardamom for flavour

Lamb Chops ( Ribs ) Chaap 500 gms
Yogurt( Sour / Khatta ) (dahi /curds /( tok) doi ) 200ml / 1 cup
Turmeric powder ( Haldi / Manyal / Holud ) 1/2 Tsp
msp meat masala / mdh / everest / Shan) meat masala
1 1/2 Tsp
Salt (namak ) 3/4th Tsp
Tomatoes (tamatar) 2 (cut into long slices / blended also an options (i preferred sauteed for fried flavour )
Onions (pyaz / ulli ) Roundels 1 ( medium )
Onions (pyaz / ulli) Blended paste 2 medium
Green Cardamom / Elaichi 6
Desi Ghee / Oil 6 Tsp for Roundels
Desi Ghee / Oil 4 Tsp for Onions Tomatoes puree
Ginger Garlic paste 2 Tsp for marinade
2 Tsp for puree
Garam Masala Powder ( all spice ) 1/2 Tsp
Wash Lamb Chops
Marinate in Turmeric / Haldi
& Salt for 30 minutes
Put pressure cooker on gas
Pour 6 Tsp Ghee / Oil
Put Onions
Till golden brown
Put marinade lamb Chops , meat masala
Keep Stirring
In another pan pour 4 Tsp Ghee
Put Onion paste , tomatoes , ginger Garlic paste )
After the tomatoes are soft n onions brown mash both like in video.
The time taken to create onions tomatoes paste & cooking mixing lamb in cooker ideally 5 minutes
After it turns into a red paste add in Lamb in the Cooker
Put the Lid
Pressure cook on high flame till whistle
After whistle
Reduce flame to low
Pressure cook for 30 minutes
Remove for fire
Let Steam go automatically to let lid open
Pour into Serving Dish
Garnish with Garam Masala / all spice
Green Coriander leaves / sauteed curry leaves / lemon leaves / ginger juliennes / green chilli 1 deseeded & sliced 1/4 long optional
Serve with
Roomali Roti
Chappati ( without Ghee looki roti )
Bread available near masjid
Sandwich Bread
Basmati Rice
1/2 onions Roundels 1 green chilli per person
Important
Wash utensils & Clean up the Mess in the Kitchen
Eat
Served with Mother Dairy / Halder Sweets B.C.ROAD Ballygunge / Balaram Mullick Radharaman Mullick Chilled Mishti Doi or my other dessert Vanilla Custard Honey Kheer
