The Police and Peace Officers' Memorial Ribbon Society attend Parliament Hill on February 3 to announce the creation of the Memorial Ribbon Scholarship. A Scholarship for the children of officers killed in the line of duty. The announcement included Members of Parliament, Senators, Law Enforcement, and family members. Part 6: Two officers from the Peel Regional Police Service, Acting Staff Superintendent Randy Patrick and Staff Superintendent Blair Foley, donate $3000 on behalf of the Peel Regional Police and $2000 on behalf of National Peace Officers' Memorial Run. Director General Debbra Frazer doubles the Peel Regional Police donation on behalf of the Ottawa Police Service. Membere of Parliament Andrew Saxton personally donates $500 towards the Scholarship.
