甜酸松子魚

材料: 黃花魚454克, 薑2片, 青、紅椒粒2湯匙, 松子仁2湯匙
醃料: 鹽1/4茶匙, 胡椒粉少許, 粟粉1湯匙
調味料: 淘大咕嚕甜酸醬 4湯匙, 淘大金標生抽1/2茶匙, 糖1 1/2茶匙, 水2 1/2湯匙,
做法:
(1)黃花魚洗淨, 抹乾水, 在魚身兩面斜刀切菱形圖案, 加醃料塗勻
(2)松子仁用凍油慢慢加熱炒至少許金黃色, 隔油盛起
(3)燒熱油, 放入黃花魚及薑片以半煎炸至熟, 隔油盛於碟中
(4)將青紅椒略炒, 加調味料煮滾, 淋上魚身
(5)灑上松子仁即可

Sweet and Sour Fish with Pine Nuts

"Ingredients:
Yellow croaker 454g, ginger 2 slices, chopped green and red bell pepper 2 tbsp, pine nuts 2 tbsp
Marinade:
Salt 1/4 tsp, white pepper, corn starch 1 tbsp
Seasoning:
Amoy Sweet and Sour Sauce 4 tbsp, Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp, sugar 1 1/2 tsp, water 2 1/2 tbsp
Method:
1. Wash yellow croaker. Wipe dry. Make a rhombus-shaped cut on the fish. Brush marinade on the fish evenly.
2. Stir fry pine nuts with cold oil, and then slowly bring it up to frying temperature. Stir fry until they are golden brown. Drain well and set aside.
3. Heat the pan with oil, semi-deep fry yellow croaker and ginger slices until done. Drain well and transfer to plate.
4. Briefly stir fry green and red bell peppers. Add seasoning and bring to a boil. Pour it over the fish.
5. Sprinkle pine nuts on the fish.
