This gentle yoga class from Rebecca Kraemer of Innovative Bodywork and Yoga is appropriate for all levels, including beginners. It targets stretching muscles that we often overuse in the digital age along with helping correct posture. There is special attention paid to hands, wrists, forearms, shoulders and neck.
