Philips, manufacturer of consumer electronics has a market leading position in electric shavers. For the introduction of its top-end shaving product, the Senso Touch 3D, Philips wanted to support the product's innovative character through a unique experience across all customer touch points. By working together with Philips' internal design teams, INDG crafted an initial experience design and delivered the actual online experience as well as all product visualizations in the form of interactive product videos and 3D stills.

Unique in this project was the creation of so-called single source product visualizations. In this approach all product visualizations (photos and videos) are based on a single 3D source file. This enables INDG to offer a more efficient and creatively superior alternative to traditional photography. This ensured extremely quick time-to-market, dramatic cost reductions on photography and a consistent look and feel across all touch points. Beyond Philips' own portal, the product experience covered product packaging, syndication to e-tailers such as Amazon.com.

This unique approach has driven click-through-rates up, making this product launch one of the most success ones for Philips.
