Tight Pecs or muscles of the chest leads to forward rounded shoulders (pronation) which is the leading cause of neck pain, pinched nerves, headaches, jaw pain / TMJ, and pain in between the shoulder blades. Women with large breasts have this problem, because of gravity pulling forward on the chest. Here is a great exercise / stretch you can do at home to help your painful condtion. Dr. Mandell
