I've been doing the 100 push ups program and thought I would film the last set of my workout where I did as many reps as I could (Week 4, Day 3, Column 1). After seeing myself on Camera I can tell that the quality of my push ups could be improved. While my form is okay, I could stand to go down A LOT further. I'm trying to get my arms to at least a 90 degree angle, but I noticed that I've been having difficulty doing this with several of the push-ups in this video.
