Kent Hovind and his Church Ministry were harassed for years by the IRS. Freedom of Information Act says Kent Hovind owed no taxes and is not a tax protester, but that didn't stop the IRS. The IRS sent Kent Hovind letters saying he owed taxes to which Kent Hovind responded to the IRS asking why - and the IRS never mailed him back.
One day in 2006 the IRS and swat team raided the ministry and that was the beginning of Kent Hovind's tragedy.
Judge Margaret Casey Rodgers (Judge Rodgers) said Kent Hovind was the head of a criminal organization (http://freekenthovind.com/2015/02/02/...) and has a history of anti-christian rulings (http://freekenthovind.com/2015/01/31/...) is presiding over Kent Hovind's case.
