How to build a simple Halloween Animatronic prop for Halloween.

What you need:
Two 3 volt watch batteries
Two LED lights
A small desk fan
A light weight Halloween mask
A Camera Tripod or wooden Tripod
Garden Mesh or a dark sheet.

Warning: If you live in a warm climate the fan has a higher chance of overheating. I live in Illinois where on Halloween the temprature is between 39F and 65F. Also light fabric masks work best like the one in the video. I would also suggest cutting small holes in the fabric so it is ventilated better. The fan I use is 5 years old and still works.
