Ripple Effect
Summary: Change your perspective when working on problems, and especially approach things from the perspective/logic of the people you're working with. People are more responsible/thoughtful/analytical when they feel like they're are the ones deciding what to do (instead of an outside "professional"). Finally, the problem at hand changes, and don't assume the initial problem is still the one that needs to be addressed. That's a long presentation to get that across. Maybe I missed something?

This session was great! I actually did the exercise and enjoyed watching the participants describe their learning experiences!

Yes, it does take a little effort to follow him but he is quite good. Besides, Ceasar will be in charge next session, so bear with Sebastiao just a little longer!

You got that right. I think whatever part of the brain that processes speech just exploded in my head.
