When the US Supreme Court heard oral arguments on the constitutionality of the health care reform law that Congress passed in 2010 (sometimes called "Obamacare"), some pundits (Jeffrey Toobin, Megyn Kelly) and fake pundits (Stephen Colbert) were quick to make dire predictions about the law based just on the questions from the justices on issues like broccoli, but those predictions may be premature as Dahlia Lithwick, President Obama, and I show in this video.
