My 1 Year Body Transformation (Calisthenics) From Skinny To Ripped
I use to be someone who was super skinny, weak, frail and i looked like a completely beta male with no physical appeal to females at all but just over 1 year ago i made the choice to change my physique and appearance fully by training intensely and consistently with body weight training with calisthenics, no body building!
I managed to go from a skinny male weighing just a mere 55kgs/121lbs at my lowest weight to a ripped muscular alpha male weighing in at 70kgs/154lbs all within just one year!
This journey was far from easy, there was times were i wanted to give up and just quit but i just kept pushing forward because i wanted to succeed with reaching my physique and fitness goals as much as i wanted to breathe.
And remember if i can achieve the results i did you can too, you just need to belief in yourself, push through your minds limitations, ignore other peoples opinions projected on to you and there minds limitations and NEVER GIVE UP WARRIOR.
