Installation at Georgia College's Blackbridge Hall Art Gallery 2012. Installation is comprised of tamale leaves, digital prints, and audio tracks of artist's four children sharing stories about their grandparents and great-grandparents. Audience members walk through this ceremonial space where stories of power, assimilation, race, loss, abandonment, and love are articulated both visually and orally. The installation is 35 ft long by 20 ft wide and 10 ft tall and the 2ft wide columns are lit from within. For more information contact Richard A. Lou at email@example.com.
