How to make Falooda Icecream Milkshake. So this week i will be showing you another Ramadan favourite or actually any time of the year. Especially refreshing on a hot day like today!
Its very popular in the Indian or Pakistani culture but actually comes from Persia which I recently found out, quite interesting I thought!
Its called Falooda or Bombay Crush which is basically an ice cold milk shake style drink with some bling.
It looks gorgeous and tastes delicious.

As always its really quick & easy and all the ingredients you can get from your local supermarket. So let's get started.

You will need:
Two tall glasses
Half litre milk
Two tablespoons cream
Half teaspoon basil seeds (soak then drain)
One & half teaspoons castor sugar - how sweet you want.
Two tablespoon Rose syrup, again depending on your taste.
Half teaspoon cardamom powder.
Ice cream if you want to make a float.

Traditionally people boil the milk then let it cool and chill as this gives a thicker, creamier taste. But thats if you have the time.
