Helium (He) is an inert gas that is six times less dense than air. Sulfur hexafluoride (SF6), also inert, is six times denser than air. Both have interesting effects on a human voice.

(In all seriousness, while these gases are non-toxic, you need oxygen too, and asphyxiation is a real concern. Do not try this at home.)
