Part II of the great SC-3000 Survivors Cartridge Case Project. Watch us mix up the Pinkysil silicon and carefully pour it into the mold box around the top half of a SC-3000 / SG-1000 cartridge case. Pinkysil is a good choice because it is very thin and pours easily, it sets quickly (around 30 mins), picks up detail really well, and is resilient enough for multiple castings.

We carefully calculated the volume of Pinkysil required to fill the mold box and cover the case by about a centimeter. When pouring we pour a thin but steady stream into one corner of the mold box and let the Pinkysil self level.

Many thanks to my 6 year old Sammy for the great camera work.
