In 2002, Arizona resident Terry Bressi was arrested at a law enforcement checkpoint outside the city of Tucson. The checkpoint was jointly operated by federal customs and border patrol agents, and tribal police from the Tohono O'odham nation. Bressi was stopped, questioned, and arrested under circumstances that have led to over six years of civil rights litigation.
Bressi's interview has been segmented into nine clips, separated by topic area.
