One of my favorite workouts is to train my kickboxing on the bag, it is great for high intensity cardio, awesome for coordination, strength, flexibility, agility, focus, balance both physical and mental, it's also a great way to keep fighting fit just in case there is a need for self defense! As part of the 50YY I recommend any sports that requires you to push yourself a bit more than usual, for me it's kickboxing!
