In some irrelevant part of the internet, serious discussion continues.
In such pointless debates, there are no victors.
The internet wild west is coming to an end.
In such changing times, the few who can't adapt retreat deeper and deeper within hugboxes.
And as they do, their unwarranted self-importance, paranoia and seriousness only swells.
The presence of memes is all the remains from the past.
Right now, in the middle of the internet, an insignificant portion, an image board, was at war.
The combatents are the global mod circlejerk and the free boards alliance.
And in the middle are countless anons who find themselves trapped between two extremes: the circlejerk's complete corruption of the chan's ideals or the free boards' complete endorsement of them.
This war has been going on since somewhere around late 2014. And for a very shallow reason…
