Maintain Don't Gain is a brown bag lunch series originally presented to help people avoid putting on extra pounds during the holidays (but really works for any time of the year). Part 1 is broken down into two video segments 1-1and 1-2. The concept is - Learn how to become a "STAR" this holiday season by putting forth effort in four wellness areas to maintain your current weight or even lose a few pounds.
