Stormin Stakkabill aka Lil Stormin Norman, born Norman Milner Jr., was brought up in Southeast San Diego (Skyline), California on January 2nd, 1984. Growing up around gangsta surroundings influenced Stormin to live the "Eastside Piru" gang lifestyle as a toddler, Being raised by a single mother household was partial reason why he later became a victim of society and a product of his environment. As a youth he illistrated a passion for sports. He played basketball, football and baseball. He also ran track and field. During school he was very fascinated by girls. Stormin could never keep just one girlfriend. Later falling off the right track, Stormin began to hang around the wrong crowd breaking laws and commiting street crimes. As he grew older, his kutthroat, yet savage behavior lead him into the San Diego Juvenile Hall system, Campo and Camp Barrett, plus the San Diego County Jail several times. This was for numerous crimes and violations of gang probation. Stormin has been a documented gang member since a teenager and later placed on the San Diego Gang Injuction (a court order from the State of California). Upon his release from Camp Barett, he began to really work on his music and focus on his rapping. He was tired of going back and forth to jail and was ready to make a change in his life and get back on the right track. But even then, rap was just a hobby and he still didn't take it serious. Teaming up with Oliver Resse, Slick Rick, and Tiny O. He Made his first underground album which he called "Stormin". This had hit singles, "East Trippin", "6-8 Runnin' Mates", "San Diego Chargin' Hoes", "Skyline Roll Kall (YG Remix)" and "Aint No Turning Back". The streets of Southeast San Diego were on fire with these hits. You just might have heard Stormin in every house party in the Skyline area. The same album, which had 15 songs, was bootlegged, stole and imitated all over the USA. "This must have been some CD", Stormin says. It was later mixed up into a CD someone called "East Trippin". 6 songs of the self-titled "Stormin" album were added to the "East Trippin" album with no consent from Stormin or Tiny O. However, both CD's are what put Stormin on the map as a raw artist. This street material went ghetto platinum and is still the #1 requested Southeast San Diego CD. Since then he has put out numerous underground albums and several mixtapes. He's the master mind and creator behind some of San Diego's highly used slang words, such as "hankin", "hottie" and "whop". he is also the CEO and owner of Yeah Buddy Ent founded back in 2003. Stormin created this label from one of his trademarks "Yeah Buddy". Since the start of Yeah Buddy Ent, Stormin has been collaborating with various artists such as Big June, I-Rocc, Bossman Hogg, Game, Oliver Resse, Smigg Dirtee, Obnoxious, Young Foe, Young Hollywood, Tha Cor, Gangsta Gold Macnificent & more. He is also featured on several albums such as Big June's "Flamed Up", Tha Cor's "The Next Level of This", Young Hollywood's "Access Young Hollywood", Coop D'Vill's "Coop D'Vill Presents The Wire Vol. 1", Game's "The Game Recognize Game" & "Mercinari Records Presents The Westcoast Invasion" etc. n late 2003, he lost one of his closest relatives from a illness. This put a damper on his life. Stormin has recently released his debut album "I-Rocc & Oliver Resse Presents...Food 4 A Hater: The Recipe-Lesson 1", which features Oliver Resse, I-Rocc, Smigg Dirtee, Tiny Sixx of Tha Dosia Twinz, Obnoxious, Ms. Feleason, Young Hollywood, Gangsta Gold Macnificent and more. The album has outstanding production by Tiny Sixx, Zayid & Lil Sandman. With hit singles "Skyline" & "Show U What 2 Do With it feat. Smigg Dirtee & Obnoxious". Stormin is taking the world by storm and spreading street game across the USA. Stay on the look out for the highly anticipated debut album from "Tha Dosia Twinz (Stormin Stakkabill & Tiny Sixx). They have clicked back up with Oliver Resse & Murder Tight Muzik on both debut albums.

"Ive been rapping ever since I was 9 years old. Back then I was recording on whatever could play me back. Then things started getting serious when I was about 16 living on CareyBrook Ln. My realitive Wayne Daniels Jr(Young Hollywood) took me to Tyrice Jones(Assassin Reese) studio in the MeadowBrook Apt's. There I start recording on 4 track. Recording numerous of hits. Later I was introduced to a producer named Slick Rick at the age of 17. He was the producer that did the big homies Baby Skar, Big Shannon Bo & Daddy S songs back in the day. By the age of 18, I had my first hit single on cd (East Trippin). Ever since then it was a done deal. Im seeking futher exposure. I have several underground cd's bumping through the San Diego streets as we speak.."- Stormin Stakkabill
