Soil created in two years from mulch

This clip shows the depth of soil created in just over two years. When the piles for the shed were put in, they covered the existing soil with a layer of sand as under our top soil is sand. In putting in a mushroom bed a profile of the soil was uncovered and is now visible. Thus we can see the original top soil, the sand layer and the top soil created since garden was put in. Given the mulch was trees from other sites, hopefully the came in with trace nutrients that the trees had concentrated. Lastly sorry to camera shake.... should be getting better camera soon!
