Ingredients 2 number all masala 1 tsp caswhnut 1 number chicken 4 number chilli 1 cup coriander leaves 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tbsp cream 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1 0 curd 1 tsp ginger garlic 1 number lemon pinch pinch methi powder 1 number onion 1 number onion as per taste 0 red chilli powder 1 number red pepper as per taste 0 salt 1 number tomato pinch pinch turmuric
Directions • take bone less chicken but cut into small pieces.and also vegetables, onions,bell peppers. • In a blender add tomato,cashwnuts and blend it. • Take a bowl add turmuric,chilli powder,coriander,gingergarlic,methi,curd,lime juice,salt,oil mix it and use half of this marinate to vegetables and half to chicken mix well and keep aside for 1 hr. • After one hour grill chicken and vegetables till they are half cooked. • Take a pan add oil,garama masala,cumin seeds,chopped onion finely,salt cook slowly add turmuric,gingergarlic,cumin,coriander,chilli powder,little water mix well add tomato paste which was blended mix well close it with a lid for 5 min. • Now add the cooked chicken and vegetables let it cook for 2min,add cream optional,add coriander leaves chopped.
