Chrome Custom Tabs is a new way to open 3rd party content on Android and make it a 1st class citizen. It allows your application
to open the content on a Chrome tab with customized UI and to pre-fetch content, making the transition from the application to the Web seamless. It's in Chrome 45+ on Android Jelly Bean and above.
