Every 8 minutes, a child goes to the emergency room because they got into medicine when their parent or caregiver wasn't looking. We all know to keep medicine up and away from children, but curious kids find pills tucked in purses, vitamins left on counters, medicine on a nightstand. Surprisingly, 86% of the time, the medicine they're getting into belongs to an adult.
