Ingredients : Eggs 4
Fresh coriander leaves 1 bunch
Green chillies 2
Garlic 8 to 10 or 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp.
Chilly powder 1 ½ tsp.
Oil 3 to 4 tblsp.
Water 1 cup
Salt to taste
Method
1. Take a low height vessel.
2. Add turmeric, red chilly powder, garlic paste, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt.
3. Crush all the ingredients with your hands and get it together.
4. Now add oil.
5. Add water and keep it on fire.
6. Give it one boil.
7. Now add eggs, one at a time in the bhuzna.
8. Place the vessel on high with a water lid & give it a 5 mins. boil.
9. Andyache bhuzna is ready to be eaten.
10. We also call it Kavtache Bhuzane.
